Advantage Painting was founded by Anthony James Hibberson in 1998, Advantage Painting is in ACT and NSW. While all our tradesman have been hand picked for their ability to deliver superior results with a "can do" attitude, Anthony personally supervises each project to ensure it is executed to the Courtney & Wise standard.

I had many roles in the running of my own successful company.
My responsibilities included

Establishing and maintaining a company based on a reputation of quality service, attention to detail and care with our client & property.
Preparing quotes and arranging work.
Supervising and allocating work for up to 4 subcontractors.
Liaising with a range of Corporate Clients.
Using a range of equipment such as the mobile scaffold, hydraulic lift platform, water cleaner and high and low pressure spray equipment.
Painting a range of surfaces to customer specifications.
Developed a basic understanding of house construction and the work of real estate agents.
